EFL offers development for individuals, companies and organisations. We have unique links with the Lund University School of Economics and Management and deal with their Executive Education.

EFL has three principals:
- Southern Swedish Chamber of Industry and Commerce
- Skåne County Administrative Board
- Lund University School of Economics and Management

The Chairman of the Board is Stephan Müchler, Director of the Southern Swedish Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
