Diploma in Management Control

This course will train you to handle financial information more effectively. You’ll master business planning in the form of activities such as budgeting, calculation and investment planning. Once you’ve completed this two-year course, you’ll be given the title of Diploma in Management Control.

Content and Structure

2 years (4 terms), meeting up one evening a week. A basic course in business administration will be studied in terms 1 and 2. This will include subcourses in marketing, organisation and accounting.  Term 3 will consist of the course Management Control and during term 4 leadership will be studied.

This course will take place in the form of lectures/lessons, mainly in the evenings (approximately one evening a week) in combination with personal studies, group work, workshops and two residential courses at the start of terms 1 and 4.

Terms 1 and 2 can be studied in a single block. Terms 3 and 4 can be studied as independent elements.

EFL Academic Diploma Programme 

There are two versions of the EFL Academic Diploma Programme. As well as studying to get a Diploma in Management Control, you can also study to get a Diploma in Marketing Management. The first two terms are the same for both versions. These courses start in spring and autumn
