Management Control - strategy, business management and financial analysis

EFLs' course Management Control will reinforce you in your position to allow you to work effectively as a controller, financial or accounts management or Head of Finance.

For anyone

looking for new challenges in their professional role. You'll be combining your professional work with college-level studies in management control. You will have professional experience of finance or accounting.

Structure

The course takes place over one term (around 20 weeks) and you'll normally meet up one evening a week. These meetings will consist of lectures, discussions of practical cases, workshops and guest lecturers. The course will take place in the form of lecturers/lessons and personal study.

EFLs' course Management Control will give you a thorough understanding of business management both across the board and in depth. This course is made up of three blocks: Strategic management, corporate business management and financial analysis. Throughout this course, you will also do more in-depth work.
