Ex Ante

EFL's network groups within finance, HR and marketing

Are you looking for an active network group for both paracticians and theorists? Are you interested in exchanging experiences and discussing strategic issues with colleagues from industries other than your own? Would you like to keep abreast of the latest research in your field of interest? If so, EFL's Ex Ante network groups are for you.

We have three different Ex Ante groups in the fields of finance, marketing and HR which meet up four to five times a year. There's a separate topic for each meeting, which we look at with the help of guest lecturers from trade and industry and/or Lund University School of Economics and Management.

Ex Ante will give you an opportuniy to exchange experiences on a more in-depth level with colleagues from other industries, but working in the smae field as you. Discussion and commitment are important factors to keep Ex Ante lively, and a tutor from Lund University School of Economics and Management is always present at these meetings a s a moderator.

We focus on new trends and at the same time give you the opportunity to choose your own topics and decide what issues are of relevance to you.

Scope and Cost

Groups meet up 4-6 times a year for 2-4 hours at a time.
Group membership costs SEK 3 500 for six months.
